By health professionals
Information you provide will be sent to the relevant health professional for the purpose of booking an appointment with that health professional.
Other parties
Information you provide may be disclosed to the Department of Health to support the monitoring and progress of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.
After you have received a COVID-19 vaccination, a record of your immunisation will be uploaded to the Australian Immunisation Register in accordance with the Australian Immunisation Registry Act. Vaccination records in the Australian Immunisation Register may be added to My Health Record, if you are opted in to the My Health Record service. This information is not collected by HealthEngine.
