Information you provide will be sent to the relevant health provider for the purpose of booking your health appointment.
Other people
We do not sell your information to other people or companies.
None of the data you provide will be added to MyHealthRecord.
After you have received a COVID-19 or Influenza vaccination, a record of your immunisation will be uploaded to the Australian Immunisation Register in accordance with the Australian Immunisation Registry Act. Vaccination records in the Australian Immunisation Register may be added to My Health Record, if you are opted in to the My Health Record service. This information is not collected by Healthengine.
